Job summary

Dardan Security Ltd is seeking a professional, proactive Security Supervisor to lead a team of Security Officers at a prestigious client site set in 250 acres of tranquil parkland. You will be the first point of contact for staff, visitors and contractors, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe, secure environment.

Key qualifications include a valid SIA Licence and a UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in emergencies or evacuations in a calm, professional manner.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a professional, proactive, and motivated Security Supervisor to assist in leading a team of Security Officers at one of our prestigious client sites. Our client provides a modern and unique environment, within 250 acres of idyllic parkland.

As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and contractors, supporting the security team while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, secure environment.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

• Provide a professional, efficient, and approachable security service whilst maintaining a high level of customer service to staff and visitors at all times
• Ensure all security procedures, site policies, and assignment instructions are followed
• Carry out internal and external patrols, day and night to ensure a safe and secure environment, recording maintenance issues, potential breaches of security or unusual occurrences
• Support the Security Manager in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Provide support in an emergency or evacuation situation, in a calm and professional manner

Full in-house training will be provided.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Valid SIA Licence
• Valid UK Driving Licence, Manual
• Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
