Hours: 06:00 – 18:0
Shifts – Average 42hrs per week, 4 on 4 off rotation

Scope

Unitrust are looking to recruit reliable Security Supervisor to deliver duties across the site. Unitrust is an exciting security company, whom have a large footprint of clients across London. Our colleagues are of the upmost importance to Unitrust,

The candidate we are looking for will enjoy working on an iconic part ofLondon. You must enjoy working on your own initiative and part of a team with keen interest in securing our client sites. The successful Security Supervisor
will be respectful, tactful and provide excellent customer service skills. The payrate will depend on the site you work at, we are a member of the Living Wage Foundation.Service Provider with 99% of our clients paying current LLW or above. You must hold a Door Supervisor SIA License along with CCTV SIA License to
work within our business.
The role would suit someone who is looking for and enjoys working in a fast paced mixed use space environment.A day to day in the life of the Supervisor will be to work with the team which would involve access control, customer
service, fire evacuations, meeting and greeting, patrolling and health & safety.

Essential Skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a
confident and personable manner.
Exceptional customer service abilities, with a strong focus on providing
outstanding experiences.
Reliability, trustworthiness, and punctuality in all responsibilities.
Ability to remain calm under pressure, multitask, and prioritise effectively.
Physically able to perform all duties associated with the role.
Computer confident, proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Possess valid SIA license – Door Supervision and CCTV
First Aid at Work qualification.
Previous Security Supervisory experience

Desirable Skills

Exposure to relevant Protective Security or Counter Terrorism Advice.
Prior experience in the security industry and/or within the hospitality or
corporate sectors.
Familiarity with technologies used to detect security threats.
Enhanced communication, listening, and customer service skills or the
ability to develop further in this field.

Requirements

Under the BS7858 standard, we are required to check your work history
