Ward Security is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor for a prominent facility in Central London. The role focuses on supervising a large security team, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Location is Central London with shifts Monday to Friday, 12-hour days. A valid SIA licence is required, and there are strong progression and training opportunities within the company.

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable days only Security Supervisor to safeguard a prominent facility in London. The successful applicant will have a background in Security Supervision, supervising a large corporate building situated in Central London

Position:Security Supervisor

Pay rate: £16.60 per hour

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 60 Hours per week, 12 Hour Shifts.

Location: Central London, W1J 8LG

Main duties:

• • Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring efficient task completion
  • Report any issues to the manager
  • Ensure night and weekend security team are aware of any events taking place
  • To provide regular foot patrols within defined areas as an effective deterrent in the protection of the client’s property and assets.
  • To provide a point of contact and information centre to staff and visitors.
  • Respond to emergencies
  • Deal with conflict in an appropriate manner if required
  • Write up incidents to the standard expected by Management
  • Carry out ID checks
  • Be vigilant to the Health and Safety risks
  • Excellent communication skills to all levels – verbally, written, phone and by security radio’s
  • Can work effectively as part of a team or can work on own initiative
  • A positive attitude to dealing with people and taking on challenges

Must Have:
