Job summary

MAN Commercial Protection are looking for a retail Security Supervisor located in Clacton-on-Sea. The role involves supervising a small team, patrolling the site, monitoring CCTV, and liaising with the client and site operations manager.

The ideal candidate must hold SG/DS and CCTV licences, have a full 5-year checkable history, and demonstrate strong communication, administration, and customer service skills. Computer literacy is required.

Qualifications

• A valid SG Licence / DS Licence and CCTV Licence is essential.

• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Keeping all security records up to date; liaising with Site operations manager (Client).
• Patrolling site and locking/unlocking; monitoring CCTV.
• Communicating with all site clients.
• Making decisions and working on own initiative.
• Scheduling rosters and holidays/sick for a 5-person team.
• Dealing with onsite training and upkeep of records.
• Maintaining health & safety on site.
• Recording vehicles on the ANPR system.
• Ensuring assignment instructions are followed & kept up to date.
• Ensuring staff permits are completed & incident reports are recorded.
• Downloading and recording CCTV footage.
• All faults in the control room are reported/logged.
• Keyholders details are kept up to date monthly.
• Site health & safety checklists completed daily.
• Dealing with complaints and investigations.

Job description

MAN Commercial Protection are looking for a retail Security Supervisor located in Clacton-on-Sea.

Shift Pattern: Monday-Sunday day shifts, 43 hours per week average, 3 week rolling shift pattern

Shift timings: 10:00-18:30, 10:30-18:30, 0600-1600, 0600-1630, 0600-1700

Pay Rate: £14ph

Main Responsibilities:

• Keeping all security records up to date, Liaising with Site operations manager (Client)
• Patrolling site and locking and unlocking site, Monitoring CCTV
• Communicating with all site clients

• Dealing with all onsite training and upkeep of records.
