Job summary

Kingdom Group is seeking a Security Shift Manager for Drax Power Station, Selby. You will lead a team of security officers, supervise daily operations, and ensure safety, compliance and high service standards on site.

Essential SIA Door Supervisor Licence, a full UK driving licence and own transport are required. You’ll report to the Security Co-ordinator and support payroll, training records, and client liaison.

Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervisor Licence is essential.
• Full UK Driving Licence and own transport.
• Experience in security management or supervisory roles.
• Strong administration and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; report writing and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security personnel and oversee site security procedures.
• Manage staff rotas, scheduling, and holiday planning.
• Operate and supervise access control, CCTV and integrated systems.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and senior management.
• Monitor KPI performance and ensure training compliance.
• Provide cover for Operations Support Manager as needed.
