ABM at Springfield Quay, Glasgow, is seeking a Security Supervisor to direct and support a Shift Team of security officers at a fast-paced, high-profile location.

You will lead with a can-do attitude, communicate clearly, and ensure health and safety while collaborating with Facilities teams. The role follows a 5 on/2 off pattern, 60 hours per week, and offers a competitive £15.07 per hour rate.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Security Supervisor or team lead.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven track record leading teams at high-profile locations.
• Strong health and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support a Shift Team of security officers.
• Oversee the delivery of Control Room services.
• Conduct staff administration including wages, holidays, appraisals.
• Ensure health and safety of ABM employees and third parties.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Facilities teams.
• Maintain good IT skills to support operations.
