Job summary

Vindex is seeking a Security Engineer to maintain strong relationships with blue chip customers and service CCTV and Access Control systems, with possible installation work. The role involves visiting customer sites, working with teammates, and presenting a professional image of the company.

The successful candidate should have three years in security, enjoy problem solving, and be keen to learn new Enterprise solutions while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience within the Security Industry working on CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Systems.
• CCure and Genetec are not essential but strongly preferred; training provided for other systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and a proactive attitude toward learning.

Responsibilities

• Managing paperwork and ensuring accurate records.
• Ensuring customer expectations are met and service levels maintained.
• Managing workload to meet KPIs and deadlines.
• Achieving KPIs for attendance in line with service level agreements.
