Job summary

EDF Energy Limited is recruiting for a Security Assistant Project Manager at Sizewell C. The role involves supporting the development and tracking of security project plans, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, and maintaining governance in a nuclear construction environment.

Responsibilities include producing dashboards, maintaining RAID logs, and ensuring HSE standards are embedded. A PRINCE2/APM qualification and strong MS Office/SharePoint skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Good standard of education in Maths, English and IT.
• Experience with recognised project management principles (PRINCE2/APM).

Responsibilities

• Support development, baseline tracking and maintenance of project plans, schedules and milestones across Sizewell C security portfolio.
• Monitor progress and produce status reports, dashboards and management information metrics.
• Maintain governance documentation including RAID logs with timely updates and escalation.
• Coordinate activities and stakeholder engagement across multi-disciplinary site departments and contractors.
• Maintain document control and project records in line with site governance and ISO 9001.
• Support assurance reviews, audits and evidence gathering.
• Produce management information and KPIs for senior leadership.
• Provide admin and coordination support to the Security Compliance Manager and Projects & Assurance Manager.
• Champion Health, Safety and Environment standards across security areas.
