Job summary

G4S is seeking a Security Assistant Project Manager to support Sizewell C across the security portfolio. The role focuses on planning, governance, risk and issue tracking, and coordinating with client teams and contractors to align security objectives with construction activities.

The position is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working options and a 40-hour week. Suitable candidates will have Prince2/APM qualifications and proven PSO/APM experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in PSO or Assistant PM roles.
• Experience in Critical National Infrastructure (CNI), nuclear new build, major infrastructure, military or police environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and milestones for Sizewell C security portfolio.
• Produce status reports, dashboards and management information metrics.
• Maintain RAID logs and governance documentation with timely updates.
• Coordinate activities across multi-disciplinary teams and external contractors.
• Ensure document control compliant with site governance and ISO 9001.
• Support assurance reviews, audits and evidence gathering.
• Deliver management information and KPIs for senior leadership.
• Provide daily project administration and coordination support.
• Promote Health, Safety and Environment standards across security operations.
• Ensure compliance with G4S HR policies and nuclear safety rules.
