Job summary

Soho House & Co is seeking a dedicated Security & Safety Lead to oversee licensing, security and safety across London sites, with occasional support for Brighton and Manchester locations. You will lead by example, uphold Soho House standards, and work to ensure member and staff safety while on site.

The role requires a proactive approach to improving security culture, managing incidents, and guiding teams through complex regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience solving security and safety issues in dynamic environments.
• Excellent listening, collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Ability to build credibility with diverse internal and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead on security, licensing and noise incident investigations and information gathering.
• Annually update security, licensing policies, and risk assessments.
• Oversee CCTV maintenance, contracts, and project remediations.
• Liaise with police, licensing authorities and noise nuisance officers.
• Manage security needs for year-round operations and high-profile events.
• Deliver training on licensing, incident management and alcohol service.
