Join M&S as a Security Officer in Inverness, where you'll help create a safe, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. You’ll stay calm under pressure, lead with professionalism, protect people and products, and provide a visible, supportive presence in-store.

You’ll work in a fast-paced retail setting, using store tech and body-worn cameras to support operations, incident management, and safe ways of working.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is preferred.
• A valid SIA licence is desirable, although not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A calm, confident and professional approach.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.
• A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe.

We're looking for confident, customer-focused individuals who can combine strong awareness with a warm and approachable attitude. You'll be a visible presence in store, helping customers feel supported while playing an important role in keeping the business safe and secure.

What we're looking for
