Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Retail Security Officer for M&S Inverness. You will help create a safe, welcoming and secure environment for customers and colleagues, and play a key role in protecting stores, people and products.

This role requires staying calm under pressure, delivering professional service, and using store technology for incident management. We offer £14.90 per hour with guaranteed 40+ hours per week, plus benefits and a probation bonus for external hires after

Retail Security Officer – M&S

Location: M&S Inverness

Salary - £14.90 per hour

Guaranteed 40+ hours per week

• You'll stay calm under pressure. Whether responding to challenging situations or supporting emergency procedures, you'll always act professionally and confidently.
• Being a team player is crucial. You'll work closely with store colleagues to maintain high standards, support operations and create a positive environment for everyone.
