Job summary

Vistech Services Ltd in Boulby is seeking a permanent Gatehouse Security Officer. The role involves 12-hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off rolling rota, including weekends, with cover at a second site in Middlesbrough.

A valid SIA licence and a driving licence with own vehicle are essential due to location. Flexibility to cover shifts at short notice is required, and training for weighbridge may be provided. Benefits include a company pension and on-site parking.

Security Officer Gatehouse - Boulby

Vistech Services are seeking a permanent Gatehouse Security.TWO DAYS, TWO NIGHTS, FOUR OFF! INCLUDING WEEKEND WORK!Would need to be flexible to cover all shifts when required due to business need. Covering annual leave and sickness of colleagues. Please note you are required to provide cover on site plus an additional site in Middlesbrough (essential). Driving licence essential due to location of the business and shift times.Pay rate £12.96 per hour.Contracted to 42 hours per week.

What we need from you

• Confident in dealing with incidents, in a calm manner, following procedures in place
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Follow assignment instructions to ensure protection of site.

Job information:

• Usual shift pattern would be 12 hr shifts working 4 on 4 off on a rolling rota
• Working shift patterns when required to cover any unallocated shifts including weekends
• Overtime will be available for sickness / holiday cover
• P.T.S Certification provided by employer
• Regular drug tests are undertaken, one must be passed prior to employment.
