Job summary

Vistech Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Mobile Patrol Officer in Middlesbrough. You will support customers and staff, coordinate with Control Room Operatives, perform onsite visits, safety checks, and regular reviews. The role is full-time with an hourly pay of £14.50.

The position requires an SIA Licence, a Full UK Manual Driving Licence (max 3 points) and own vehicle. Overtime, 42-hour week, 4 on/4 off rota, and a company pension are offered.

Mobile Patrol Officer - Middlesbrough

Vistech Services are seeking an experienced Mobile Patrol Officer to join our existing team. This role is a key role in supporting our customers and security officers and will work in conjunction with our Control Room Operatives. The control room will deal with calls from our customers and colleagues whilst the Mobile Patrol Officer will carry out onsite visits, safety checks and complete regular reviews. Pay rate £14.50 per hour

Responsibilities and duties

• Representing Vistech Services, supporting our customers and staff members across the North East
• Conducting mobile patrols and responding to any alarms
• Securing customer properties (unlocking and locking premises)
• Completing all necessary paperwork
• Conducting KPI checks
• Internal auditing
• Supervising staff

Qualitifications and skills:

• Excellent customer service skills face to face with customers and staff members
• Be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• Able to work on own initiative
• Computer literate
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads (dealing with calls and onsite activity)
• Ability to deal with issues and incidents in a professional manner
• Working in a busy environment and be confident in dealing with challenges that may arise

The person

• Must have an SIA Licence
• Must have a Full UK Manual Driving Licence with no more than 3 points (insurance purposes) and have own vehicle
• Must be flexible to cover for absences within the self-contained role
• Reasonable level of fitness
• Be required to be vetted to Police standards which includes a clean DBS
