Job summary

Staffline, in partnership with G4S, is recruiting a Security Officer for a site in Sleaford. The role operates on a 4 on 4 off schedule, days and nights, and pays £14.26 per hour. Overtime is paid at 1.25x after 48 hours. Applicants must be 18+. Staffline offers SIA training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Aged 18 or over and flexible for shift patterns.
• Confident communicator capable of teamwork.
• Good IT knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet staff and visitors professionally.
• Enforce site security and safety protocols.
• Conduct searches when required.
• Carry out gatehouse duties.
• Patrol inside and outside the premises.
• Record security incidents using incident report forms.
