Job summary

Staffline, in partnership with G4S, is recruiting for an Area Security Officer to work at a site serving Stevenage, Ware and Harlow. You will greet staff and visitors, control access and patrol to uphold security protocols.

We offer shift patterns including days, nights and weekends, 42 hours per week with a pay rate of £14.49 per hour. Training and on-site induction are provided to support progression within a global security leader.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Digital literacy to use digital devices.

Responsibilities

• Greeting staff and visitors
• Controlling access in and out of the building
• Patrolling the premises and ensuring security protocols are adhered to
• Dealing with disturbances/ issues and security incidents
• Dealing with first aid and incident reporting
