Job summary

Anchor Group Services in Gloucester is seeking a Security Officer to join our established security team. You will conduct patrols, monitor activity, and respond to incidents to maintain a safe environment for visitors and staff.

The role requires an SIA Door Supervisor licence (CCTV licence preferred), a full 5-year employment history, and flexibility to work days, evenings, nights and weekends. This is a hands-on post with a strong emphasis on professional conduct and customer service.

Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervisor licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols and monitor activity to maintain site security.
• Respond promptly to incidents and liaise with public and management.
• Maintain accurate records in line with operational procedures.
• Operate and monitor CCTV equipment when required.
• Provide professional customer service to visitors and staff.
• Ensure compliance with site AI's and procedures.
