The ideal candidate holds a valid SIA licence, enhanced DBS and a full UK driving licence, and will communicate effectively while staying calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Security Licence.
• Enhanced DBS Check preferred.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.

Responsabilités

• Manage access control and monitor CCTV systems.
• Conduct internal and external patrols including mobile patrols.
• Respond to alarms and incidents and complete detailed reports.
• Act as first point of contact for residents and visitors; provide concierge/reception duties.
• Support resident enquiries and maintain a visible security presence.
