Anchor Group Services is seeking a Security Officer for our Shotton Paper Mill site in the UK. You will maintain safety and security across a large industrial facility, manage access, patrol areas, monitor CCTV, and respond to incidents while ensuring a professional presence for visitors and staff.
The role requires an active Frontline SIA licence (DS or SG), a valid UK driving licence, and a strong customer-service orientation. A CSCS card and training access are also valued assets.

Contract: Zero hours contract
Working Hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern, workingan average of 42 hours per week (days and nights available)
Pay: £13.02 per hour
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Servicesfor an experienced Security Officer to join our established security team basedat Shotton Paper Mill.
As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role inmaintaining the safety and security of a large industrial manufacturing site.Duties will include managing site access, carrying out regular site patrolsusing a company vehicle, monitoring site activity, responding to securityincidents, and providing a professional and welcoming presence for visitors,contractors, and employees.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all securityprocedures are followed, maintaining accurate records, carrying outinspections, and supporting the client in maintaining a safe and secure workingenvironment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactiveapproach are essential.
The successful candidate must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor(DS) or Security Guarding (SG) licence as a minimum.
A valid CSCS card is essential for this role.
