Job summary

Kingdom Services Group Ltd is seeking a Security Officer for Hestia Crystal Palace, Orwell House. This on-site role supports residents in a supervised housing environment with a customer-focused security presence. 30 hours per week, £14.80 per hour, with Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday shifts from 19:00 to 05:00.

A valid SIA licence and Enhanced DBS are required. You will patrol, log incidents, control access, and coordinate with management and emergency services while delivering a calm,

Qualifications

• Previous security experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of the premises at all times
• Control access and prevent unauthorised entry to the site
• Complete site logbooks, records, and incident reports accurately
• Conduct regular patrols of the building and surrounding areas
• Monitor site activity and respond to security incidents
• Challenging and reporting suspicious behaviour when necessary
• Support residents, visitors, and staff with a professional and customer-focused approach
• Following all site-specific procedures, policies, and health and safety requirements
• Maintaining effective communication with management and emergency services when required
