Job summary

Kingdom Group is seeking a Security Officer to join the team at Sanctuary SSL Moorland, BS23 4HR. You will provide a professional security presence, patrol regularly and control access to the site during the night shift.

This role involves 38.5 hours per week with a 4 on, 4 off pattern, Monday to Sunday, and shifts from 21:00 to 08:00. A valid SIA licence is essential, plus strong report-writing and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular patrols to maintain a safe environment.

• Monitor and respond to security incidents and alarms.
• Complete accurate reports and documentation of incidents.
• Conduct health and safety checks and uphold site policies.
• Provide a professional and visible security presence at all times.

Hours: 38.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off
Days: Monday to Sunday
Shift Times: 21:00 - 08:00

About the Role:

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, visitors, and property. Duties include carrying out regular patrols, controlling access and egress to the site, monitoring and responding to security incidents, completing accurate reports and documentation, conducting health and safety checks, and providing a professional and visible security presence at all times. You will also assist with emergency procedures and ensure site policies and procedures are adhered to.

About You:

• Valid SIA Security Licence is essential.
