Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an Experienced Security Officer to safeguard our client’s site at Deeside Industrial Park. You will join our Pinnacle Workplace Security Team on a built-in shift model and support a secure, compliant environment. We guarantee 42 hours per week on a rotating 12‑hour schedule (5am–5pm and 5pm–5am).

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine vehicle patrols of assigned premises and detect signs of intrusion or unusual activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies and incidents, mitigating risks.
• Prepare detailed incident reports logging security activities and occurrences.
• Operate CCTV and surveillance equipment.
• Test alarms and perform meter readings.
• Operate weighbridge for wagons/hauliers weighing in and out.

Pinnacle Group is looking for an Experienced Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our properties and sites. You will be joining our Pinnacle Workplace Security Team on our client’s prestigious site in Deeside Industrial ParkCH5 - access to own transport * Essential.

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

This is a built-in role, meaning you'll be stepping into scheduled gaps to help support cover for holidays, sickness and ad-hoc requests, ensuring the site always operates with a full-strength security footprint.

The role includes structured development to become fully competent in both Security and Security Supervisor duties. This ensures you can step into supervisory cover when required.

We are offering a guaranteed 42 hours per week – you will be working on a rota basis, 12-hour shifts with a mixture of days and nights from 5am to 5pm / 5pm to 5am with shifts allocated to you depending on operational needs. You may also be deployed to cover nearby security sites if required. Overtime is also available on top if more hours are wanted.

• Operate and monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems
• Testing alarms and conducting various meter readings
• Operate weighbridge equipment for various wagons/ hauliers weighing in and out

Key Requirements will include:

• Valid SIA Badge – SG or DS Licence * Essential
• Valid UK manual driving licence ** Essential
