Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an Experienced Security Officer to ensure safety and security of client properties and sites. You will join our Workplace Security Team at a prestigious Deeside site on a 12-hour rotating shift pattern from 5am-5pm and 5pm-5am, 42 hours per week. Overtime may be available to meet operational needs.
The role offers structured development toward Security Supervisor duties, with a focus on patrols, alarm response, CCTV operation and incident reporting.

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.
This is a built-in role, meaning you'll be stepping into scheduled gaps to help support cover for holidays, sickness and ad-hoc requests, ensuring the site always operates with a full-strength security footprint.
The role includes structured development to become fully competent in both Security and Security Supervisor duties. This ensures you can step into supervisory cover when required.
We are offering a guaranteed 42 hours per week - you will be working on a rota basis, 12-hour shifts with a mixture of days and nights from 5am to 5pm / 5pm to 5am with shifts allocated to you depending on operational needs. You may also be deployed to cover nearby security sites if required. Overtime is also available on top if more hours are wanted.
