Job summary

Pinnacle Group is looking for an Experienced Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our client’s sites. You will join our Pinnacle Workplace Security Team on a prestigious site at Deeside Industrial Park.

This built-in role operates on a 42-hour week with a 12‑hour rota (5am–5pm and 5pm–5am), including days, nights and occasional deployments to nearby sites. Overtime is available, and there is structured progression toward Security Supervisor duties.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA badge SG or DS licence.
• Valid UK manual driving licence.
• Access to own transport.
• Full 5-year checkable work history.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine vehicle patrols of assigned premises and detect signs of intrusion or unusual activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies and incidents.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and log security-related activities and occurrences.
• Operate and monitor CCTV systems.
• Testing alarms and conducting various meter readings.
• Operate weighbridge equipment for wagons/hauliers weighing in and out.

Job description

Pinnacle Group is looking for an Experienced Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our properties and sites. You will be joining our Pinnacle Workplace Security Team on our client's prestigious site in Deeside Industrial Park CH5 - access to own transport * Essential.

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

This is a built-in role, meaning you'll be stepping into scheduled gaps to help support cover for holidays, sickness and ad-hoc requests, ensuring the site always operates with a full-strength security footprint.

The role includes structured development to become fully competent in both Security and Security Supervisor duties. This ensures you can step into supervisory cover when required.

We are offering a guaranteed 42 hours per week - you will be working on a rota basis, 12-hour shifts with a mixture of days and nights from 5am to 5pm / 5pm to 5am with shifts allocated to you depending on operational needs. You may also be deployed to cover nearby security sites if required. Overtime is also available on top if more hours are wanted.
