Kingdom Group, a trusted partner to Tesco, is seeking a confident Retail Security Officer to join Tesco Newmarket Road, Cambridge. This permanent position offers 36+ hours per week and requires a strong, visible security presence to protect customers and staff.

You will patrol stores, deter theft, monitor premises, complete reports, and support Tesco colleagues with security needs, while delivering excellent service and maintaining professional standards at all times.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence (Door Supervisor) is required.
• Full 5-year checkable work history is expected.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Professional, confident and reliable approach with good judgement.
• Flexibility to work varying hours and to travel to support nearby stores.

Responsibilities

Pay: £13.72 per hour
Hours: 36+ hours per week (Permanent Position)
Shifts: 06:00-15:00 and 15:00-00:00
Requirement: Valid SIA Licence, own transport, and flexibility to travel

This is a permanent position offering 36+ hours per week, with responsibility for providing a strong and visible security presence at the Cambridge store and supporting nearby locations, including Newmarket and Ely, when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrolling Tesco stores to ensure the safety of customers and colleagues
