Job summary

Kingdom Group, a trusted partner of Tesco, is seeking a professional Retail Security Officer to join Tesco Wheatley Express in Doncaster. You will provide a visible security presence, helping to create a safe and secure environment for customers, colleagues, and visitors while delivering excellent customer service.

You will patrol the store, deter theft, monitor activity, and complete incident reports, with a required valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.

Retail Security Officer - Tesco Wheatley Express

Location: Tesco Wheatley Express, Doncaster, DN2 5NH
Pay: £13.47 per hour
Hours: 24+ hours per week
Working Pattern: 3 days over 7, primarily Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Shift Time: 15:00 - 23:00
Requirement: Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence

• Supporting store colleagues with security-related matters


• Handling challenging situations calmly and professionally


• Promoting a safe and welcoming environment for customers

What We're Looking For

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Professional, confident, and reliable approach


• Good attention to detail and sound decision-making ability


• Ability to remain calm under pressure


• Previous retail security experience is desirable but not essential


• Full 5-year checkable employment history
