Kingdom Group at Tesco Cleethorpes is seeking a professional, reliable Retail Security Officer to join the team. You will help create a safe, secure environment while delivering excellent customer service and supporting daily store operations.

The role requires a valid SIA licence and offers flexible contracts with up to 40 hours per week, including shifts across Tue, Thu, Fri evenings, Sat day, and Sun hours.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence essential.
• Experience in retail security is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and highly visible security presence within the store.
• Deter theft, anti-social behaviour, and other security-related incidents.
• Respond to incidents calmly, professionally, and in line with company procedures.
• Carry out regular patrols of the store and surrounding areas.
• Monitor CCTV systems where applicable.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers and colleagues.
• Complete accurate incident reports and relevant documentation.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment at all times.
• Work closely with store management and colleagues to support operational requirements.

About the Role

Kingdom Group is seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Security Officer to join our team at Tesco Cleethorpes, DN35 9QR.

As a key member of the security team, you will help create a safe and secure environment for customers, colleagues, and visitors while delivering excellent customer service and supporting the day-to-day operation of the store.

Shift Pattern

This is a flexible contract offering up to 40 hours per week, with the following core shifts:

• Tuesday: 14:00 - 00:00
• Thursday: 14:00 - 00:00
• Friday: 14:00 - 00:00
• Saturday: 12:00 - 00:00
• Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00

Flexibility may be required to support the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervision or Security Guarding).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous retail security experience is desirable but not essential.
