Job summary

Standard 8 is recruiting a security infrastructure engineer for an established technology organisation managing a complex, security-sensitive infrastructure estate. This hands-on role focuses on security integrated into infrastructure, cloud, networking and identity rather than policy work.

You will be involved in 3rd line support, system hardening, vulnerability remediation, patching, access controls, monitoring and incident response, alongside infrastructure upgrades and broader technology

Qualifications

• Hands-on security infrastructure experience across complex environments.
• Experience in security engineering and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.

Responsibilities

• 3rd line support for security infrastructure.
