International Logistics Group Ltd is recruiting a professional Security Guard for its Brackmills site. The role is reception-based, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, staff and contractors while maintaining site safety and security.

Responsibilities include controlling access, monitoring CCTV, logging visitor data and conducting patrols. A valid SIA licence and reliable, customer-focused approach are essential for a full-time position.

We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Security Guard to join our team at International Logistics Group Ltd (ILG) in Brackmills. This is a reception-based security position where you will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff and contractors while maintaining the safety and security of the site. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling site access, monitoring CCTV systems, maintaining accurate visitor and vehicle records, carrying out internal and external patrols, responding to incidents and alarms, and ensuring all security procedures are followed at all times. Key Responsibilities

• Managing access and egress of staff, visitors and contractors
• Monitoring CCTV and reporting suspicious activity
• Operating the reception desk and providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining accurate visitor, contractor and vehicle logs
• Conducting routine site patrols
• Responding to incidents, emergencies and security breaches
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are adhered to
• Completing daily reports and security documentation
• Acting as a visible security presence across the site
• Valid SIA Licence Needed
• Previous security experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional and presentable appearance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and report-writing skills
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work
• Own transport is essential due to the location and early start time
