International Logistics Group Ltd (ILG) in Brackmills, Northampton, is hiring a Reception-based Security Guard. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, managing access, monitoring CCTV, and logging every entry while maintaining site security.

The role requires a valid SIA licence, strong customer service skills, and a professional appearance. Hours are 45 per week at £14 per hour on a Monday–Friday pattern.

• Valid SIA Licence is required.
• Prior security experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills essential.
• Professional and presentable appearance.

Mansioni

• Manage access and egress of staff, visitors and contractors.
• Monitor CCTV and report suspicious activity.
• Operate the reception desk and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor and vehicle logs.
• Conduct routine site patrols and respond to incidents.
• Respond to emergencies and security breaches in a timely manner.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Complete daily security reports and documentation.
• Act as a visible security presence across the site.
