Job summary

MAN Commercial Protection Ltd. now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail security officer to join us working at a prestigious site in Brierley Hill – DY5 1 UA.

Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, covering dayshift. You will maintain a safe, secure environment for customers and employees, conduct patrols and CCTV monitoring, and handle incident reporting with on-site tenants and the public.

Qualifications

• Must have 5-year checkable work history.
• Must hold valid Door Supervision SIA licence.
• Must hold a valid CCTV Licence.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Uniform supplied and in-house training access.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure environment for customers and employees.
• Patrols, monitor CCTV, and perform health and safety checks.
• Incident reporting and customer service to tenants and the public.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for customers and employees.
• Carry out routine patrols, monitoring of premises via CCTV and conducting health and safety checks.
• Other tasks would include incident reporting, customer service and not just to the public but with onsite tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure relevant security procedures are carried out to a very professional level
• Write accurate incident reports in a timely manner and provide visible high-profile security presence.
• Check alarms and log information
• Respond to and deal with all site incidents and emergencies
• Patrolling of premises.
• Customer Care.

Skills required.

• You must be able to work as part of a team.
• Full 5-year checkable work history
• You MUST hold a valid Door Supervision SIA licence.
• You MUST hold a valid CCTV Licence
• Full uniform supplied.
