Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security Ltd seeks an experienced Security Service Engineer for field-based work in London (inside M25). You will service CCTV, access control and perimeter systems, traveling across defined areas while reporting to regional leaders. Training will be provided to match role requirements.

Ideal candidates have field service experience, strong IT skills and a good level of customer service. A full UK driving licence is required and relevant safety certifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• Good basic education and ideally a relevant qualification in the electrical/ electronic industry.
• Alternatively able to demonstrate in depth knowledge through assessment.
• Field Service Experience.
• Good standard of IT skills (Computer Literate).
• Good level of Customer Service experience.
• IPAF, ECS, CSCS, Safety Passport holder, or similar would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service multi-disciplined systems including CCTV, Access Control and Perimeter systems.
• Travel throughout defined geographical areas reporting to regional supervisors and managers.
• Demonstrate good technical knowledge through formal qualifications or evidenced experience.
