Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security is seeking an experienced Security Service Engineer to service intruder alarms, CCTV and access control across York, Harrogate and surrounding areas. You will manage your own local patch, with on-call duties and overtime driving earnings beyond basic pay.

• Experience servicing intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintaining and inspecting intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems.
• Carrying out planned maintenance and diagnosing faults.
• Completing repairs efficiently and to a high standard.
• Responding to service calls and resolving issues promptly.
• Providing customers with clear technical advice.
• Building positive customer relationships and delivering excellent service.
• Maintaining accurate records of completed work.
• Taking part in call-out rota and providing out-of-hours support.
