Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security Ltd is seeking a Service Engineer to join the team across Oxford, Swindon and Reading. You will service CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder systems as part of a field-based team, reporting to a regional Supervisor and Regional Manager.

A UK driving licence, IT skills, and field service experience are essential. Training will be provided, and the role offers a comprehensive benefits package, with salary up to £43K DoE plus on-call and overtime.

Qualifications

• Field Service Experience required or demonstrated.
• Good IT skills and ability to use computer systems.
• Customer service experience is essential for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Travel across defined geographical areas to service CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems.
• Maintain and service multi-disciplined systems; participate in training programs.
• Demonstrate good technical knowledge in at least two disciplines (CCTV, Intruder, Access Control, Perimeter).
• Represent the company professionally and deliver high standards of service.
