Chubb Fire & Security is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer for London (inside M25) to travel across defined areas and service integrated security systems including CCTV, intruder alarms and access control. The role requires a full UK driving license and strong customer-facing skills.

The ideal candidate will have field service experience, good IT literacy, and a background in electrical/electronic systems. On-call rota, training, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Field service experience required.
• Good IT skills and computer literacy.
• Experience with CCTV/Intruder/Access control beneficial.
• Customer service experience expected.

Responsibilities

• Travel across defined areas, reporting to regional supervisor/manager.
• Provide on-site fault finding and servicing of security systems.
• Maintain high standards of customer service during visits.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
