Job summary

The Resourcing Team is seeking a skilled Security Fence Installer to join our field team on utilities sites along the M8 corridor in Scotland. The role focuses on the installation of steelwork and fence structures, following safety and quality standards.

You will work with CSCS card holders, on HV electrical sites preferred, and be able to meet tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism and clear communication with site personnel.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card required.
• Experience installing fencing systems.
• Ability to carry out installations.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Familiar with HSG47 guidance.
• Professional on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Install Steelwork and Fence structures.
• Inform Lead Fence Installer of deviations or additional purchases.
• Report defects and health & safety issues to Lead Fence Installer.
• Ensure works meet works specification and safety standards.
• Liaise with Client's representatives as required.
• Verify times and expenses on timesheets.
• Promote material sustainability where possible.
• Carry out minor civils works as needed.
