Job summary

Multi Skilled Operative (Fencing) for HS2 fencing programme. Coventry and Birmingham area with long-term work and full-time role on a major construction project. You will install a wide range of fencing systems, set out lines, and carry out post and rail, mesh, palisade, stock, and boundary fencing.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card is required.
• Experience installing fencing systems.
• Ability to work effectively within a site team.
• Understanding of health and safety on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Install mesh, palisade, stock and post & rail fencing.
• Set out fencing lines and positions.
• Concreted posts and fixings.
• Assist in mesh and wire fencing components fixing.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Follow site health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Work as part of a site team to deliver fencing objectives.
