A leading global security services provider in Birmingham is seeking a Security Development and Test Manager to oversee the implementation of secure software practices. You will manage the security testing lifecycle, collaborate with technical teams on DevSecOps processes, and lead a team of security engineers. Qualifications

• 5+ years in secure software development, testing, or DevSecOps environments.
• 1–3 years of experience in a team lead or managerial capacity.
• Hands-on experience with security testing tools.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and OWASP Top 10.
• Eligible for SC clearance in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of secure software development practices.
• Drive vulnerability testing and ensure applications meet security standards.
• Supervise a small team of security engineers or testers.
• Maintain and improve automated security testing workflows.
• Contribute to the enhancement of development and testing standards.
