Job summary

NTT DATA UK is seeking a Senior Security Development and Test professional to lead secure software delivery across hybrid environments in the UK. You will manage secure development practices, drive security testing lifecycles, and collaborate with DevOps to embed security into CI/CD pipelines.

You will guide threat modelling, secure design reviews, and maintenance of automated testing workflows, reporting to the Director of Security Development and Testing.

Qualifications

5+ years in leading secure software development, testing, or DevSecOps environments.
Hands-on experience with security testing tools such as Veracode, SonarQube, Burp Suite.
Familiarity with secure coding practices (OWASP Top 10) and threat modelling.
Experience in Agile or DevOps-driven environments.
Eligible for UK SC clearance.

Responsibilities

Oversee service delivery with SLA and KPI compliance.
Manage secure development and testing services across projects.
Embed security tools (SAST/DAST/SCA) into CI/CD pipelines.
Lead threat modelling and secure design reviews at project level.
Monitor testing coverage and remediation progress.
