Job summary

Inspired Testing is on the lookout for a Senior Test Manager / Test Architect based in Gloucestershire. The candidate will lead QA initiatives across large-scale programmes, ensuring high-quality delivery within the SDLC.

The role requires strong test management and architecture experience, proficiency in backend and frontend testing, and familiarity with CI/CD practices. Security clearance is mandatory. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility in work location.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Test Management and/or Test Architecture roles.
• Proven test automation framework design and maintenance.
• Experience working in secure or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies aligned to programme objectives.
• Own end-to-end test lifecycle including planning, estimation, execution.
• Drive automation, performance, and security testing initiatives.
