Job summary

NTT DATA in the UK is seeking a Security Development and Test Manager to lead secure software development and testing across projects. You will integrate security into DevOps, drive vulnerability testing, and ensure customer environments meet defined security standards.

Reporting to the Director of Security Development and Testing, you will coordinate with engineering teams, manage security testing workflows, and drive continuous improvement of secure coding practices in a hybrid, UK-based

Qualifications

• 5+ years in leading secure software development, testing, or DevSecOps environments.
• Hands-on experience with security testing tools (Veracode, SonarQube, Burp Suite).
• Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 and threat modelling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee secure development and testing services across projects, ensuring SLA/KPI compliance.
• Embed security tools (SAST/DAST/DAST) into CI/CD pipelines with DevOps teams.
• Plan and execute security tests (static and dynamic analysis) and action results.
• Drive automation, process improvements, and metric reporting for secure delivery.
