Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL) in Warminster is seeking a Security Coordinator to join our team. You will manage visitor access, maintain records, and support the project team with administrative tasks.

The role requires security clearance and a commitment to safeguarding sensitive information. The position offers a salary up to £26,500 per annum, 37.5 hours per week, with FTC until February 2028, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, life assurance, and employee

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade 5 in Maths and English or equivalent.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; strong IT skills.
• Proven experience in an office/administrative role with data accuracy.
• Ability to obtain Security Check clearance.
• Excellent team player with good organisation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Control visitor access using site access systems and issue passes.
• Maintain accurate records, check data quality and produce daily reports.
• Communicate with security teams and provide guidance on procedures and access requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring confidentiality and security compliance.
• Provide admin support to the project team, including correspondence and minute taking.
• Follow health, safety, environmental and security procedures; report breaches.
