Filtronic Plc is seeking a proactive Security Controller to oversee Facility Security Clearance (FSC) and Industry Personnel Security Assurance (IPSA) approvals. You will drive security governance, export control compliance and cross‑functional collaboration to protect people, technology and IP.

You will liaise with MoD, regulators and industry bodies, ensuring awareness and practical guidance across Engineering, Commercial, Programmes, Procurement and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in export control, security, compliance or a related regulated environment.
