Job summary

Oakpark Security Systems is seeking a Security Officer to join the Security Services team. The role covers control room and mobile response work, answering calls, monitoring the central email box, CCTV and alarms, and responding to incidents. The post averages 42 hours a week and moves between control room and mobile sites.

A valid SIA licence and right to work in the UK are required. You'll patrol sites, maintain documentation, use TrackTik and Chase, and ensure client SLAs are met while

Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence and right to work in the UK.
• Experience in security control room and mobile patrol is desirable.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and meet SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in the Operations Control Room.
• Respond to incidents as they occur and patrol sites.
• Monitor central email mailbox and CCTV/alarms; act per procedures.
• Meet client SLAs while complying with policies.
• Produce shift handover documents and reports.
