Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence for the sector
• Right to work in the UK
• Experience in security or control-room roles is preferred

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in the Operations Control Room
• Respond to incidents as they occur
• Patrol and secure facilities
• Monitor and action emails in the Operations Control Room
• Adhere to customer SLAs and client requirements
• Present a professional image and comply with company policies
• Display security professionalism and teamwork at all times
• Maintain CCTV and alarm systems and escalate as required
• Produce routine incident reports and daily summaries
