Job summary

Apleona UK is seeking a Security Control Centre Operative based in Motherwell to maintain rostering systems, monitor security operations and handle out-of-hours escalation. You will support planned and preventative maintenance work orders, ensure compliance, and provide reporting and help desk support.

Applicants with strong communication, customer service, and MS Office skills are encouraged; SIA licence is desirable and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Great written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Willingness to work with manager and team to complete tasks.
• SIA licence desirable (not required).

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor and update rostering systems for security operations.
• Manage out-of-hours escalation process and reporting.
• Provide help desk support and investigate incidents.
• Support Planned and Preventative Maintenance work orders monthly.
