Job summary

Felix is seeking an IT and Security Manager to lead the technology services team, secure our Microsoft 365 environment, and supervise two System Administrators. You will drive information security, manage devices across offices and warehouses, and coordinate with the Service Manager on infrastructure issues.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with a cloud-based Microsoft 365 environment and security tools.
• Experience in security incidents, vulnerability management and incident response.
• Ability to lead a small technical team and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead two System Administrators and manage priorities.
• Own security incident response from investigation to lessons learned.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 security settings and device management across sites.
