Job summary

Felix is seeking a Senior Technology Services Manager to lead the technology services that support its mission of rescuing and redistributing surplus food. You will own service delivery standards, incident management, and performance reporting, deputising for the Head of Technology as needed.

You will join a twelve-strong team spanning business applications, data, and Dynamics, shaping the technology plan and ensuring reliable services across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading technology service delivery in large organisations.
• Experience establishing incident management, service levels and performance reporting.
• Experience line-managing managers and building high-performing, unified teams.
• Strong understanding of information security and data protection, with governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, own and improve day-to-day technology service delivery with clear service standards.
• Establish and embed service management foundations including incident classification and SLA frameworks.
• Own major incidents and problems, coordinating resolution and lessons learned.
• Lead and develop the IT and Security Manager and the Service Manager.
• Oversee third-party performance and delivery to ensure value and alignment with plans.
