Job summary

The Felix Project is seeking an IT and Security Manager to oversee the charity's infrastructure, devices and information security. You will lead a small team of two System Administrators and provide hands-on technical leadership across laptops, warehouse devices, printers and cloud services.

Reporting to the Senior Technology Services Manager, you will drive security controls, incident response and vulnerability management, while collaborating with service desk, data and applications teams to

Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience with a cloud-based Microsoft 365 environment and security tools.
Strong security incident response and vulnerability management background.
Experience securing Windows and Android devices at scale across multiple sites.
Ability to lead a small technical team and develop staff skills.
Clear written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead Felix's IT and security program, including Cyber Essentials certification.
Act as the escalation point for infrastructure, device and security issues.
Mentor two System Administrators and coordinate with service desk and other teams.
Oversee backup, disaster recovery and business continuity for your area.
Secure Microsoft 365 for Copilot and manage sensitive labels and access.
