Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in engineering, systems, or technical delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle from design to support.
• Experience with complex electro-mechanical, systems, or technology products.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Ability to analyse complex technical problems and develop pragmatic solutions.
• Excellent prioritisation and multi-project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-level engineering activities across programmes and projects.
• Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies and obsolescence.
• Develop innovative solutions to improve efficiency, modularity and reuse.
• Collaborate with project teams to align plans and dependencies.
• Review programme benefits to ensure delivery is achievable.
• Interface between engineering teams, centres of excellence, ops, and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and new ways of working.
• Influence decisions to enhance performance, sustainability and value.
